The Working Session

For my existing clients, you can book a four or eight hour working session to knock out your edits. During this session, we can do some of examples listed below.

A mini one-hour session is available upon request at a lower rate. Please reach out before you apply to see if your edits are eligible.

- Make updates to copy and images on 1-2 pages
- Troubleshoot issues with domains/accounts
- Talk through brand implementation
- Design and/or build simple pages or sections
- Complete CMS or E-Commerce data entry
- Set up automations and/or integrations
- Create custom-coded features
- Optimize for small screens
- Create Notion workflow or system
I work through your wishlist, fast, but not all items are guaranteed. If you like to be high-touch and collaborative with lots of revisions, that's cool! But it will simply require more time and multiple sessions may be booked.
1. Book your spot and send me your wishlist.
2. We’ll email back and forth about the game plan.
3. Ideally, you're somewhat online on the date for feedback.
4. If applicable, 50% balance is due by COB of booked day.
5. EOD, I'll send you any finished assets and tutorials,.
This working session is via email and you will be invited to a Notion project dashboard. To keep the cost and timeline as tight as possible, there is no meeting offered with this service.
Should you need to reschedule, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that rescheduling is allowed only once. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds for no-shows.
If we cannot complete the work during this timeframe, you have the option to book an additional working session or complete the work on your own after receiving some guidance.
If you need some support after we wrap up our session, you can contact me through Notion with your questions up to one week after our session date.

Confidentiality By signing up for a session you acknowledge and understand that you (“Client”) shall indemnify, defend, and hold Diana Oviedo harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, judgements, damages, or losses of any kind. Diana Oviedo is not to be held responsible for the Client’s actions, ideas, or outcomes. Neither party shall have liability to the other party of any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of this agreement. Each party acknowledges that it may receive certain confidential or proprietary technical and business information and materials from the other party, whether written or oral, including, without limitation, examples of concept decks, marketing plans, client work, portfolio sites, and product ideas. Each party shall hold and maintain in strict confidence all information and shall not disclose said information to any third party. Time-Constrained Offer By signing up, you understand that this is a time-constrained offer. If Diana Oviedo cannot complete the work during this timeframe, the Client the option to book an additional working session or complete the work independently after receiving the guidance from Diana Oviedo. Cancellations & Rescheduling By signing up, you understand that if you do not show up to the appointment without rescheduling, the cost of the session will not be refunded. The Client may reschedule the session at any point up 24 hours beforehand.
