Working Session Terms

Confidentiality

By signing up for a session you acknowledge and understand that you (“Client”) shall indemnify, defend, and hold Diana Oviedo harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, judgements, damages, or losses of any kind. Diana Oviedo is not to be held responsible for the Client’s actions, ideas, or outcomes. Neither party shall have liability to the other party of any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of this agreement. Each party acknowledges that it may receive certain confidential or proprietary technical and business information and materials from the other party, whether written or oral, including, without limitation, examples of concept decks, marketing plans, client work, portfolio sites, and product ideas. Each party shall hold and maintain in strict confidence all information and shall not disclose said information to any third party.

Time-Constrained Offer

By signing up, you understand that this is a time-constrained offer. If Diana Oviedo cannot complete the work during this timeframe, the Client the option to book an additional working session or complete the work independently after receiving the guidance from Diana Oviedo.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

By signing up, you understand that if you do not show up to the appointment without rescheduling, the cost of the session will not be refunded. The Client may reschedule the session at any point up 24 hours beforehand.

Plugin License

All plugins come with a straightforward unlimited use license, which means they can be used an endless number of times. You have permission to use any plugin on your Squarespace projects, both personal and commercial.

Guidelines and Limitations

This license contains some standard rules and limits. You cannot do the following with any of my plugins:

  • Plugins should not be sold or redistributed;

  • Make a claim of ownership of any plugins;

  • Copy and sell any plugins on the same or similar platform and/or service.
